Eggs Benedict & Belgian Waffles made to order and brought to you from the kitchen. Our buffet features a Carving Station with Roast sirloin and Baked Ham an Omelet Station, bacon, sausage, home fried potatoes, mixed vegetables, fruit salas, Fresh baked bread, Croissant, pastries, Chef's homemade Soup, Seafood newburg, seasoned rice and buttered pasta. To keep the brunch interesting, we change our Specialty Pasta, Chicken and Beef Dishes weekly so you can come back week after week and try something new. Our pasta may include Potato and Cheddar Piergi with caramelized onions, Spinach Ravioli in Marinara, Roasted Vegetable agnolotti in Alfredo Cream sauce, 3-Cheese Lasagna, Zucchini tortellini in Tomato Basil Cream Sauce. Enjoy our Chicken Entree such as Chicken Marsala, Chicken Dijon, Chicken Paprikash, Chicken & Broccoli, Chicken Cacciatore, Chicken Picatta and changing beef dishes such as Teriyaki Steak Tips, Beef Burgundy, Lamb Stew, Sliced Pork and gravy or Orange Beef. Desserts change too and may include Hot Apple Crisp, Lemon Meringue Pie, Boston Cream Pie. New York Style Cheesecake, Devils Food Chocolate Cake.
